There used to be a plugin not sure if it was for metamod or for amxmodx but you could remove like all pre made guns from a map (which the map editor placed) and you could spawn models and powerups and stuff. Anyone know's which plugin i mean? Thanks a lot..

That sounds like multiple plugins to me. I would search for key words each ones. Chronic has a power up mod.
