Is it possible to reduce size of a player model in-game?
If yes, then how?

Impossible use milkshape to resize.

I.e. you can't do it to any existing models because you can't force people to download models that you already have. You have to create new models for people to download and then switch their player model with a plugin.

If you update your existing models, you would be the only one that sees those models.
