if i edited a map spawns and made them for example 20 T's and 12 Ct's if the server gets full will there be 20 t"s and 12 ct's or 12ct and 12 t's? or i removed every CT spawn and put 32 T spawns would that work?

There would be 20 t's and 23 ct's if you have mp_autoteambalance and mp_limitteams off.

Ok smartass, obviously I made a typo. You can make as many spawn points as you want per team but they'll never exceed your maxplayers.

You're welcome. Just make sure they're not near each other or else you'll have a lot of worldspawns.
