I added de_outferno to my server. Downloaded the .bsp and dragged it into my server's "maps" folder then changed the maps list on mapchooser to include de_outferno. Everything was working fine, I restarted my server, loaded up dust2 and use sm_admin to switch to de_outferno. When the map was done loading, and I clicked continue I was sent back to the main menu. Checked console it said:

Downloading maps/de_outferno.bsp.
Error downloading maps/de_outferno.bsp
Got pure server whitelist: sv_pure = 1.
Missing map maps\de_outferno.bsp, disconnecting
