1. not every infected, ONLY charger OR smoker.
2. No, I meant the smoker cloud. After smoker dies, you see a smoker cloud and people start to cough

the person was saying two things.

the first part was that he believes the lightning is more logical with a charger because the charger runs with momentum and that would be good to add configurations with lightning for the charger on impact with a survivor.

@the second part: No I did not mean that. I wrote this:

Can you add the smoker cloud additionally to the lightning?
So the survivor who got pulled transfers BOTH the lightning AND the cloud?
This would mean that the cloud would have to be generated for every survivor that also gets the lightning transferred to him.

However itīs hard to explain something if the programmer does not understand it. No offence but you should get a buddy who helps you translate.

Your idea of the cloud+lightning is even better than mine.

@panxiaohai: Can you let the lightning appear INSIDE the smoker cloud, after smoker death? No transfer of the lightning from player to player, but all players within configurable radius of dead smoker should all get damaged

Oh sorry. so you basically want 2 particles or effects generated for the player that gets pulled. You want the lightning and Smoker gas to appear once the player is pulled.

if panxiaohai does include it I really hope it will be a configurable option because I have a plugin where cloud does damage and doing this would make the Smoker overpowered

and when u infected u also die or get damage from smoker lightning
so if u can to add lightning ff in infected team

You need a check while lightning transfers to other players.
If an SI is within range of smoker lighthing the SI also burns for 3-5 seconds.

this NEEDS one of those starcraft brood war protoss electric templar unit attacks.

for plugin designers understanding VVV

Or make smoker emit (shoot, create, spawn, activate) lightning cloud attack at cursor (aimer, middle, middle of screen, center, looking at)

for those who got what I was talking about in the first sentence, (probably because we are americans) wouldn't it be kickass if even the sounds could be like embedded or something into the code, or at LEASt have the smoker death cloud have electricity jolts running through it every now and then, and it can't spread from survivor to survivor but it does a signifcant amount of damage the longer you stay in it, basically a much prettier spitter spit wad only in the air.
