It will work fine, it just won't be added to the ban database

You can do the same thing by just banning for 5 minutes through the normal ban

How involved would be to code this so that it is a flag for admins that would show up in the sm_admin menu? For example I just installed the TeamSwitch plugin on my server and that comes up as a new listing on the sm_admin menu. Is there a way so that this would come up as an option on the main sm_admin menu that could just be called Tempban?

Where to put the dynamicmenu-example.txt?
I've put the .smx in the plugins folder, but it seems not to work at all.
Does the admin who wants to use temp ban need a special flag?

It's example that you copy inside to your ...addons/sourcemod/configs/adminmenu_custom.txt
No one not know what you have allready in there.

Admins who have flag ban (d) can use this. Change this command flag from
...addons/sourcemod/configs/admin_overrides.cfg
example to change flag kick (c)
