I'll look into doing voting on quality of maps as an additional part of this plugin.

Any news on adding this feature?

I'd prefer it if I could make use of SQLite.

Code:
sm_rate cp_dustbowl 4
A command to see the rating of any map:

Code:
sm_rating cp_dustbowl
Code:
cp_dustbowl is rated 4 with 1 vote

Ah, sorry. I completely forgot about this. I'll put it in my to-do list. For the next major update I'll try and get SQLite support, Map Ratings, and Threaded Queries.

Here's 1.0.2a. So far only threaded queries have been added. As for map ratings, you can use the Map Rate plugin that was just released. SQLite support is coming next.

It'd be nice if also a chat symbol could be used, like #<message> would submit feedback.

They can always do "!feedback" or "/feedback".

I was trying to code it so '#<message>' would send the feedback with SteamID, Client Name, Map, <message> to the MYSQL database, but wasn't having much luck. I was using the @ chat_symbol idea / coding from basechat.sp

Isn't it bad idea to force to use the "default" database connection for this cuz others could do it also which then leads to problems ?

bl4nk first of all, GREAT plugin!

I have to agree with the default thing to be changed to something like "feedback"

on the SP file it says

* Version 1.0.1
Is there a reason you didn't want to update it there? Just wondering. (is it beta?)

EDIT:

Also it seems my feedback isnt showing up on my site? I made sure all my database.cfg table was right. I put the block title as "default" is that right or was it supposed to be named differently? My site is http://www.brotherhoodofgamers.com/feedback.php where I put the feedback, in game i copied and pasted the usage simply cause for some reason "!feedback mapname testing" wont work? I tried doing what it said in the usage but it simply wouldnt work, so at the end i simply used the usage itself to submit the feedback lol, it said thanks for submitting, but it didn't show up on site, my best guess is that the table name in databses.cfg is wrong?

No firewalls and all ports open-because we use other stuff like sourcebans (working)

Thanks.

I don't see how it would be, seeing how it uses it uses it's own table.
