Not directly but the real blame it's on the stupid people whom uses these servers with such plugin installed, just for spamming the ServerBrowser with their own servers...

Would you stop making these threads relating to fake servers?

It appears that Valve plans on updating CS 1.6 so just stick around and wait till they remove the ability of servers to exec the connect command on clients.

well, the fail is not the connect command and there are other methodes available to bypass such a fix

omg, please no. i hate updating my servers. it means i have to find a whole new way to make my servers find on the find servers list. without it spaming 6000 times.
