Be advised I have recently created a plugin that fixes many issues and improves greatly on the stats tracking in this and the previous versions of TF2_Stats. The web panel for TF2_Stats is no longer supported by me. Link to Kill Log plugin and web panel which is currently maintained.

Why are there two new versions of Darth Ninjas plugin? Is this accidental? What are the differences? I don't see a list of changes compared to Darthninja's last version.

This plugin has the new TF2 weapons that have been added over the years, e.g. Love and War. It also support the new WebPanel that is added with this plugin. You could say, the base of the plugin is same.

I'm getting this error: [TF2_Stats.smx] SQL Error: table Player has 252 columns but 230 values were supplied.

Please go to www.example.com/stats/install.

Click Update Player, I wonder who removed that from the Wiki.

It says to let some players play around. What should I do if I am just starting the server and no one goes on? Is there a way I can just do it by myself?

It's referring to let some players join, and get some kills, you can join, but you won't get any points without another player on the server,

Do I need to get kills before proceeding, or is it optional?

Well, players have to kill each other to get points, so after you set it up, just start your server and let the players play around to log some points and rank them.
