ConVars:

Visibility Modes: db_visibility_mode
0 - Everyone (Default)
1 - Victim Team
2 - Opposite Team
3 - Attacker Only

Styles: db_style
Style 0 (Default)

This is better in respect of material-free compared to others.

there is a bug, sometimes healthbars appears somewhere else in the map.

maybe is due to the entidx param?
On my side all works perfect
