I've used the latest version of your plugin, but for some reason an error comes up (i now use console mode of HLDS is why i'm now noticing this) that says:
Quote:
L 06/17/2004 - 044:01: [AMXX] Run time error 10 on line 799 (plugin "amx_ejl_spacedudehook.amx")
Has anyone else experienced this error, and does anyone know what it means, and does anyone know how to fix it?

Is it possible to make the rope go in a straight line? With that I mean it doesnt let you slowly fall down while hooking? (Ala HookMod Mode 2)

@Trumpet_Rhapsody:
here it is (attachment)

@Frash:
amx_ejl_spacedude_ninjarope is a straight line and u dont fall down

there can be an error (i got it sometimes but cant reproduce) but this error does not effect the functionality of the plugin

changes to make it use amxx inc's are taken out from Hangman5386's "ninjarope" port (xtrafun.inc)
should i make a new thread?

This sure looks a lot like plain old "ninja_rope.amx", but I guess it's a little different.

Well I am kinda looking for an AMX alternative for 3 reasons:
1) The creator of HookMod puts beackdoors in his plugins (At least thats what I've heard)
2) HookMod eats CPU
3) Its not open-source

Is Hook Grab similar to HookMod?

yeah the hookgrab plugins for amxx is basically a way to replace hookmod since hookmod wont run on a steam server.

there is already a hookgrab deluxe plugin posted, not sure how it works never used it. But I will be porting/posting the one by Lud/Spacedude w/i a few weeks. I'm adding some features and cool stuff to it.
