If you look through like 90% of the approved plugins it is included. Whether it is needed or not. If you use the AMXX Studio it automatically adds it. ;) But not a big deal. u need to complie locally with colorchat.inc heres the inc if u need it put in addons/amxmodxscripting/include/colorchat.inc folder

Instead of using 3 cvars for rgb color, you can do only one, and brake the string...however, that is not very important.
