How do you force the boss weapon to show for everyone, isn't it "show" "1" under the weapons part?

This is intended by Valve. There is a solution, but you need to find it yourself!

Anyway, I ran into something that I might need help with. On a test server, the bosses I made worked fully. They downloaded, they used abilities, they had sound, and music. Only problem was the music didn't loop.
When the bosses were put into an actual server is when all the problems showed up. The bosses wouldn't download to the client. The bosses had no abilities. They only showed up as giant ERRORs, and for thoes who already had the files, no sound or music played at all.

Correct. One of the solutions is to put the weapon inside the boss model!

Regarding your models problem, make sure sv_pure is set to 0.
