Can anyone please help with this?
Looks like you messed with the default config rtd2_perks.default.cfg. Don't do that
(or it's missing)

Ah I see the error is on my part, my apologies. I happen to have fixed something similar in 2.3.1. For now I guess you can just disable this perk, the error is going to happen pretty commonly on busy servers with SourceTV. I'll try to fix it asap, but like I said before, it's very difficult for me to find time.

When using the sm_perks, the perks on the menu will not work at all.
Also when I rolled toxic, the effect can be seen but it won't kill enemies near me.

sm_perks is a list of perks for players to view, they aren't supposed to do anything besides showing additional info when you select one.

And I'm gonna need more info on your second problem. (logs?, your settings?)

Oh okay sm_perk was a list of perks.

Oops. I was trying to change the name of the perks while keeping their original properties. Guess I'm gonna have to re-download that file. )

I'm back with a few new external RTD perks that I'm sure everyone will love and hate.

Bombing Run (rtd2_bombingrun)
Grenades are constantly shooting from your body in random directions.
It's hard to live with but you'll be the scariest thing in the room.

rtd_bombing_radius 148.0 //The blast radius of the grenades.
rtd_bombing_dmg 100.0 //The base damage of the grenades.
rtd_bombing_selfmult 0.75 //Damage percent the player takes from their own grenades.
rtd_bombing_rate 0.1 //The rate of which grenades spawn from the roller.
rtd_bombing_crit 10.0 //The chance of a grenade spawning as a critical.
rtd_bombing_minforce 300.0 //The minimum random launch force of the grenades.
rtd_bombing_minforce 750.0 //The maximum random launch force of the grenades.
Emergency Exit (rtd2_eexit)
This roll is the positive variant to Fireworks. Rather than being launched
upwards only to explode you'll instead be given a parachute to safely descend.

Kartify (rtd2_kart)
Drive a bumper kart for the duration of the roll.

Shackled (rtd2_shackled)
Become bound to the nearest player in sight friend or foe. If you go too far from
them you'll be dragged back, you can also pull them a bit, but not by much.
Different classes have a bit more pulling power with Heavy being the highest
but Scout and Spy the lowest.

rtd_shackled_ratio 0.2 //The percentage of pulling power the roller has (0.2 = 20% pulling power while the other has 80%).
rtd_shackled_distance 300.0 //how far the two players can be before being pulled.
Slippery (rtd2_slippery)
You're able to move at high speeds, even with a Minigun, but you'll move
around like you're on ice.

Swapped Class (rtd2_swappedclass)
Change to a different random class on the spot, when time is up you'll switch back.
Your current class won't be very happy with their new body.

Switcheroo (rtd2_switcheroo)
Trade classes and spots with another alive team member. If there's no one
else that meets this criteria you'll switch to a different random class. This
one doesn't run for a duration, so you're stuck with whatever happens, good luck.

Unplugged Mouse (rtd2_unpluggedmouse)
No shooting, no alt-fires, no special key and no changing the direction you're looking.
Watch out for spies, actually listen out for them you can't check your back like this.

Get pushed by the wind in a random, single direction for the duration.
Be sure to not get swept away by upward winds.

Can you give an example of how to use the RTD2_Force native? I'm trying to use it from my plugin but having zero luck.

What problems are you having? The first param is the client index, second is some sort of identification of the perk, which can be its ID or token. You can find all the tokens here, they are all lower case, with no spaces between words.
