[TF2] auto scramble teams after x rounds

I would like a plugin that would auto scramble the teams after a set amount of rounds depending on the cvar.

Valve added this feature to the game on September 30. Update your server and it will be turned on by default.

I'm fairly sure the built in autoscramble is actually when one team has scored X points (set by the other cvar) more than the other team since the last scramble or map start.

It's not by number of rounds.
