What's everyone using these days as an alternative to SMAC?

We're noticing SMAC doesn't detect aimbot usage where the user's cursor is within the same field of view (e.g. not spazzing all over the place).

Then there's less obvious (more toned down) aimbots, example here (Ellis POV - player "bleh").

I haven't really looked through the SMAC aimbot module, but I've been told SMAC is pretty dated so I'm moreso just curious what server owners are using now.

Little Anti-Cheat works wonderfull on my Dods servers and Tf2 server

( I had even with smac chrashes from a module, so removed smac totally )
