When a player looks at a spray it shows in the center of their screen who sprayed it. Also an admin can spray any players spray.

Update 6-2-04
- Removes the spray information twice now as very rarely it would not disappear for no apparent reason.

- Admin can spray any users spray. ADMIN_KICK required.
- Uses HUD center say type text, old method available through cvar.
- Messages always clear within a second of looking away from spray.
- Auth ID is shown as part of spray ID now.

Ok, I tried this and the messages sometimes still stayed on my screen, so I fixed it..

The messages are set to stay up for 9999 seconds, change that to 1 and you have it working fine. If you are looking at it, i'll repopulate the hud text every second anyway, so you don't get that overlay.

Also I made it so only admins could see the text, via a

if (access (i, ADMIN_KICK))

block in checklookingat()

I have a problem. I like the plugin but when the spray disappears, and I look at the area where it was located, I still get the information of who sprayed it and their steam id. Any fixes for that? Thanks.

Could this be modified to only show sprays when you press +use?

Also, it seems to stop working exactly 2 minutes after the spray is sprayed? Any ideas?

edit: Hmm, the HUD messages blocks (make them dissapear) other HUD messages such as amx_imessage... Any ideas?

This plugin allows you to block someone from using the spray command.

Does somebody have an offensive spraypaint? Does he spam it all over the place? Do you just have the sudden urge to disallow people from using the spraypaint?

Tested this on a server running svencoop 4.6

The persistent message problem is STILL an issue.. any ideas?

Edit: if i disable the coloured hud message with "sprayid_hud 0" command the message will then disappear as you'd expect

Their are other plugins using the hud to render text (SCXPM, RcBot)
