so why ml doesn't want to work with utf-8 dictionary?
it works perfect with others but i want russian translation

Sorry, but this is not an issue with xredirect.
If you get ML_NOTFOUND errors you eigther have the wrong xredirect.txt file or your modification of it was wrong.

mordekay, dude, first server is United on Steam, . Check second ip and you will see name zona'old 4 United On Steam, name of second in serverlist.ini can be anything. and what if i am in server hosting bussiness?

Open source rules is for open source software. I never heard about that Valve published the source code ofr it's game. Your excuse is bullshit. Stop hijacking others threads for your problems.
Your servers are patched to allow non-steam clients to connect to your server. This is a break of the Valve EULA. You surely never accepted it but you use the software. If you have problems with your cracked version of the game ask these guys that cracked it for support.

Mordekay,
i've downloaded all files(and dics too) from the main plugin post, i didn't do anyting with those files, just installed on myserver and with utf-8 dictionary server writes ML_NOTFOUND

just taking a guess here:
don't copy the whole "utf-8" folder from the zip file, only take the file xredirect.txt from within this folder and copy it into your /amxmodx/data/lang folder.

it doesn't matter if you're in server hosting business. you were asking for support for a version that isn't supported. period.
maybe you might want to try to ask microsoft whether they want to support your windows 95? and when they say they don't you say "but i am in server hosting business". do you think that would change anything?
the answer you will get is: "if you're doing serious business, use a serious and supported version of the product". which, in our case, is hlds on steam...

also you are violating VALVe's license, as they allow you to freely use their software as long as you don't modify it. but no-steam versions are modified, thus illegal in most countries.

but even if it wasn't illegal:
BAILOPAN gave good reasons for not supporting no-steam in this statement

but all other files work?

basically UTF8-translations are pretty much experimental, i never tried myself and i am not even sure which mod can support it and which can't. also noone ever commented that in any of the translation threads, but people kept on contributing translations for the UTF8 version.
maybe it is only working for special versions like the CS they have in asia ("Counter Strike Online").

if it doesn't work for you then this might simply mean that...it doesn't work - as in hlds not being able to read UTF8 files

but many others plugins work with utf-8 dics
in Russia lots of people have their servers working with such files, hlds can work with them
other plugins work right but xRedirect don't want to
