i know what SSH is you people do not have to tell me, and i know what SCP is, and PuTTY is a client which does not matter,

I know what they are, however the topic was on making remote console, one that allows me to see what the console sees...

maybe this is not a plugin.... probably should be its own server mod

Think you will have a problem with creating it as a mod... remember that the console is much more than the logs so you need to trap more than the log-output... this would be more of a screen-mod (if you know*nix) with multiple consoles...
If you want a system without giving out the rcon you could make a rcon/log-proxy which splitts the logoutput to all connecting consoles and then also forwards the commands using rcon and reporting back the rcon results... this is of course a totaly seperate program and not a HLDS-mod...

use hllog , have all console output logged to a file or a pipe, and then simply stream the contentrs of that file/pipe via a ssl connection to your clients.

Ok think back to when FTP (1973) and Telnet (1974) first came out, and there where no alternatives, they where the innovators, they showed the world that this stuff was and is possable. But its flaws poped up (easly sniffed, ect) so along came SFTP and SSH.
