No, it's not like I'm saying kicking is abusive at all.. Kicking is like telling someone to leave your house, your suggesting is like literally man-handling them out your house...

You might be right as much as it is your right to ask them to leave but you can't assault them in doing so, that is not right.

I think an active admin is better than just forcing a player to drop out of game anyways. If being kicked is gonna piss them off, imagine how pissed they'll be when they realize that you've forced their game to close.
