I would like to disable the notifications on people scripting bunny hopping by just holding down a binded key, since we run a plugin called Infinite-Jumping, is there anyway to do this?

You have to disable the entire module.

Or better do smac_autotrigger_ban "0",smac_log_verbose "1" And check logs for people cheating with autofire.
Those first cvar is in smac.cfg, last one you can add in server.cfg, then reload plugins or restart server.
