How to disable Valve's Deathmatch?
I tried dm_valve_deathmatch 1 and 0, plugins works, no errors in logs, in sm plugins list plugin show correctly
In run bat have game_type 1, game_mode 2
Server on windows, cURL installed, sourcemod-1.9.0-git6059-windows, also used 1.8.0 last stable build - nothing changed
Server is clean, no other plugins, just sourcemod-plugins and deathmatch.
Any variants

If you want to disable VALVE's Deathmatch, don't run their game_mode and game_type.
Use casual (+game_type 0 +game_mode 0) or competitive (+game_type 0 +game_mode 1)

Did you try setting dm_enable_valve_deathmatch to 1?

This is the same v1.1 by zipcore that I already tried. It hasn't worked for ages apparently taking a look at the comments. I have the same probably as others with it, once the time runs out it just restarts quickly over and over and over infinitely ever half second.

Yes I tried using dm but everything is screwed up when I do, like the gun menu won't even show up. Everything works fine when using casual, except for the restart.

Sounds like you have a conflicting plugin, I just gave it a test and it works just fine.
Also dm_enable_valve_deathmatch when set to 1 only changes CS_OnTerminateRound, nothing else.
It just allows for the rounds to be terminated by a winning team.
