I didn't add the minimal players needed to collect points yet, maybe in the next version, but I did add the cvar for whether or not an admin needs points to create a gang.

Saw that admin cvar, maybe you can add some cvar, that only with some flag players can create gang? So gang creators will be with vips or something like that.
EDIT: + you maybe can make, upgrades can turn off with cvar, so i can turn off gravity or speed.

Maybe he can add a menu command that shows the members of that gang. And only the leaders have an extra command there where they can kick people out the gang.
