Yes, id assume because the machine where the server is hosted on has outdated steam files. Launching server on my own PC works normally in sv_lan 0 mode and VAC is enabled.

Ya, I am getting the same thing. My servers are stuck at sv_maxplayers 8 and are normally set to 32, can't change it.

Everything seems to work for me except l4dtoolz (sv_maxplayers init error)
