So, nach dem fünften Versuch, hab ich es endlich geschafft dass wirklich das ganze Blut rot ist...

Und so geht's:


Kopiert folgende drei Dateien...

blood.spr

blooddrop.spr

bloodspray.spr

...in den Ordner:

...\Steam\SteamApps\email@provider\counter-strike\cstrike\sprites


Dann erstellt eine autoexec.cfg ...

Inhalt der autoexec.cfg:

violence_hblood 1
violence_hgibs 1
violence_ablood 1
violence_agibs 1
gl_spriteblend 1

...und eine violence.cfg ...

Inhalt der violence.cfg:

violence_hblood 0
violence_hgibs 0
violence_ablood 0
violence_agibs 0

(ohne der violence.cfg waren bei mir die blooddrops immer noch grün, vielleicht geht's aber auch ohne...)

...und kopiert beide Dateien in den Ordner:

...\Steam\SteamApps\email@provider\counter-strike\cstrike


Und voila!



Falls es schon ein Tutorial für den 1.6 Blood-Patch gibt, dann ignoriert einfach diesen Thread...

And so it goes:


Copied following three files...

blood. spr

blooddrop. spr

bloodspray. spr

...into the file:

\Steam\SteamApps\email@provider\counter-strike\cstrike\sprites ...


Then an autoexec. cfg ... generates

Contents of the autoexec. cfg:

violence_hblood 1
violence_hgibs 1
violence_ablood 1
violence_agibs 1
gl_gas orifice plate 1

...and a violence. cfg ...

Contents of the violence. cfg:

violence_hblood 0
violence_hgibs 0
violence_ablood 0
violence_agibs 0

(without the violence. cfg were with me the blooddrops always yet green, perhaps goes it however also without)...

...and copies both files into the file:

\Steam\SteamApps\email@provider\counter-strike\cstrike ...


And voila!

I like using babelfish.altavista.com but it's not always 100% accurate

became

and all the .spr files became . spr files (extra space)

Check this, it ain't some grandiose poetry, but it should work.

Babelfish can be quite good. But not always. In fact it sucks with German. Try it on French though. ;-)
