What programs are needed to create .spr files (sprites) and (3D) models of players and weapons? Don't tell me how to make models, I will understand it when I play with the programs for some time... Just tell me the list of programs I need to make models and sprites. What programs are needed to make models and sprites for GoldSource games like CS 1.6?

For 3d models need blender from steam + official source tools for blender. (Yes Source Tools can export/import goldsrc models)
