Try finding that above middle section in the source code and change it from true to false, then recompile.

sorry I am not much help on some of the things players ask about but all I did was got the plugin to work.
I really don't know much on scripting I just like to mess with them.

I would like to alter the flags because I wanted this so plguin worked the flag that is disabling for the "default"

I know this plugin is kinda old, but does anyone know how to fix the Memory Leek issue on it, or at least find a plugin that works like this one?

Can you provide SourceMod error logs (or even a sourcemod_fatal.log entry if the file exists in your tf/ directory) showing the specific error(s) and info on what's causing the memory leak? That'd help me take a better look at this.
