If the game client crash , for example with error "missing WAD file", record in mysql starting ammo pac`s, maybe missing check pls help

hi i have tried this plugin but i am getting a problem with it
when installing it for the first time it is creating the tables in database (i am trying to set is as sql)
but problem part is it does not records players steamid and not saving anything database stays blank even if the player disconnect and connect back it does not records it and player are loosing the ammo pack
as it is restoring it back to 0
please anyone help me out with this problem

Dexter, Vikas's problem was that he was compiling it with AMX compiler 1.8.3 and server was using 1.8.2 , maybe you're doing that mistake too.
