Name: Random plant blocker

Description: The plugin allows you to block one of the sites (A, B or random, depending on the convar) if there are less than a certain number of players on the server (in the teams of terrorists and counter-terrorists).
If needed change the state of the bombsite, then at the beginning of the round, when the number of players changes and when the bomb is stopped, a warning about blocking / unlocking the site will be displayed (when blocking, it will also write how many players are missing before unlocking).

There is also support for translations (added only English and Russian, the text is colored without using includes, by default, the text for CS:S OB is used, if you need to use it in CS:GO, then you need to uncomment the lines marked for CS:GO and comment out those marked for CS:S).
*Work in CS: GO has not been checked (accordingly, the correctness of the coloring of the translation too).
When unloading, the plugin will unlock the previously blocked site.
The plugin does not load the server at all if there are no sites on the map and only slightly loads when they are (in this case, only events will hooked). This is due to the fact that the capabilities of the game engine itself are used, and not the interception of keystrokes.

CVars:

• sm_rpb_version - Plugin version
• sm_rpb_plant - Block plant: -1 - random, 0 - 'A', 1 - 'B'
• sm_rpb_players - Minimum players to unlock all sites

• Added warning output to HUD (be sure to update the translation file).
• Fixed error "Exception reported: Invalid hook callback specified for game event"
