Need Server messages Plugin 4 Contagion

Hi, i have a Contagion Server and i Need a Server Messages Plugin to Show to the Players Messages in an adjustable interval, have searched the "ALL" plugins but nothing found there.
It wold be nice if someone could help me to find a similar plugin to this: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=813033?
for HL2 (ALL) or just for Contagin.

This one works, and it's what we use on our Contagion servers.
