Here is the new update:

  • Updated/Fixed flag/commands not properly giving explosive bullets to guns
  • Added convar sm_eb_warmup which will enable explosive bullets on all weapons during warmup round
  • Added convar sm_eb_roundend which will enable explosive bullets on all weapons during the round end bonus time
  • Added command sm_ebme/sm_explosivebulletsme which will enable explosive bullets on yourself only

Well I guess I could just remove all the admin flags from the cfg, and the plugin will work for everyone and will be disabled after warmup

Yes it enables it for all players, warmup round and round end convars ignores the the enable/flag keys in explosivebullets_guns.cfg

One of my admins is complaining that the plugin stays enabled for him even after warmup.
Problem is, I set the flags for the explosive ammo to "z" which is only myself. This admin has "bcdefgk" flags, why is the plugin still on for him?

Okay i just tested it again with your flags/settings as well and everything seems to work fine. Perhaps your admin toggled explosive bullets on himself? (sm_eb or sm_ebme)

Maybe test yourself to confirm?

Something must be wrong in the config. This admin I mentioned has no clue about those commands so it's very unlikely that he toggled himself :p
Let me do some testing and I will report back.

So I adopted this solution:
Since I also have weapon restrict installed, I have the two "prewarmup.cfg" and "postwarmup.cfg" files.
I set sm_eb_enabled 1 in the first one and sm_eb_enabled 0 in the latter, AND I have the plugin enabled in warmup.
This way, I can be sure that it gets enabled for everyone during warmup but I'm also 100% sure that it's disabled once the warmup is over.
Does this make sense?
