+ Setting to 1 will blast the conc owner and enemies.

Will this only affect enemies? and the player who uses the conc?

Would be nice not to get blasted by friendly medics and scouts at the entrances and exits of bases.

This plugin seems to have stopped working unfortunately.

Try updating to the latest build of AMXX 1.9, it will probably have an updated hamdata.ini file for TFC which is required for this plugin to function.

Remember all GoldSource games were updated way after this plugin was developed.

EDIT: Updating to 1.9.5271 seems to have fixed the issue!
