I know. It's something with the compiler. If you download the .sp file manually or copy/paste it into the web compiler it compiles fine.

thought it would work anyway, but "plugins list" shows this:

Fixed.

The plugin (v2.8 ) just does not work for me. It is normally loaded. No errors in the logs SourceMod. In the list of plugins (sm plugins list) is normally displayed. But why then does not work. Version 2.6 worked fine.

config file isn't self creating for me, any way i can get a link for download?

Although the plugin creates the config file fine for me (or it did last time I installed it), and it's possible the plugin might not be able to even execute its config file if it isn't properly creating it, I've attached a recent version of the config file with its default values.
