I only opened servers on my computer with this HLDS and I have no clue how to open couple of server in a dedicated server I dont even know how dedicated server look or how you manage it
could someone gimme a tutorial or something that could help because I understand that managing dedicated server is different for each server since every company offers a different control panel if at all

You are on your own for managing the dedi. As far as installing and running servers, depends on your OS but will probably be similar to how you do it now.

Also, if you have no idea what you are doing, I recommend that you stop now and start doing a lot of research.

About how to operate as dedi and secure it, as well as lists of other things depending on the OS of choice

many people will tell you that's linux the best choice. but the right answer will be "the OS that you know and can handle".

to run several servers, you need a good upload speed, to give them different ports (27015, 27016, etc.), to open ports in your router, to make a server with steamCMD, and many other stuff.
as Yami said, you need a big search and long time to be addicted.

I know how to open ports
but is opening ports in dedicated server is like opening ports in my computer ?
getting the gateway entering the router CP and opening ports ? or its different ?
also I guess opening couple of server just require you to create couple of HLDS folders for how many server you want is that right ?
and I most comfortable with Windows 7 is that ok ?
but another question how you control the dedicated server ?
its like controling vps ? with cloudshare or something simillar ?
also setting up protections for my server this part I mean the only way I can think of is download some plugins to the servers to protect them but it wont do the trick againts ddos attacks so what have to be done inorder to block ddos attack the server ? high bandwidth?

No

Different, it all depends on the host and how they have their network set up, plus what kind of Software Firewalls you have (ie, Windows Firewall or Linux iptables)

I would do 1 folder per server. So if you wanted 5 servers, you would use hldsupdatetool to install each of those 5 servers into unique folder

If you want Windows, go with Server 2008 or Server 2012. Do not use a Consumer version on a server (it isn't designed for it after all)

RDP/SSH mostly

Not sure what cloudshare is but a VPS is a mini dedicated server, so in a way it is similar but not identical (you have more control with a dedi)

You cannot block a ddos until it starts, and in the end you are only mitigating the effects of it. Various Software and Hardware tools can help mitigate it

ok thanks for helping couple of more questions :
what is the difference between the consumer version of windows to the "Servers edition" ?
and someone told me inorder to block ddos, I mean mitigate it I have to tell the hosting manager to set me some protections is that right ? is that the only way ? what programs did you talk about mitigate those attacks ?

Server OS's have "server" in the name (generally) and are made to be used as servers (just as the name implies). Windows 7 is sold to consumers and thus it is a consumer version.
