no, the cfg shall be at the same location like all other variable configs: in the game cfg/sourcemod folder. just let the game generate it for you. that's EASY.

don't know why !rank did not work. for me it did - and I played CS:GO for 3h yesterday. Just check the error logs please. Maybe there's a crash report.

And everythin else fails, please try typing sm_rank or sm_kpd in you developer console and check if the menu appears.

Tried to run on TF2, and got this error:

sm plugins load hstats
[SM] Plugin hstats.smx failed to load: Required extension "cstrike" file("games/game.cstrike.ext") not running.

"sourcemod/hstats.cfg" (or "hstats.cfg" in any folder) did not get generated. Did I miss something?

Suggestion: An option to set minimum admin level required to be counted in the ranking.

In my case, I use the "Steam Group Admin's" plugin to map all members of the related Steam Community Group to have some extra privileges. Ranking would be another nice one have handled that way.

That would also cut (way) down on how many players to track.

Having some problems lately on my TF2 server.
I tried starting a new database from scratch (erase the old one while the plug-in is unloaded).
After do that, and loading-up the plugin-in again, and letting some game-play go for a while, it still shows everyone having exactly 1000 points?
It doesn't seem to be tracking kills or deaths at all.
