I like this plugin, but don't want to make it like dm, just so people can spawn if they came in late: can someone modify this plugin so you can only do /respawn when dead and you can only do it once per map?

howdy,
im having some issue's getting this to work properly. for some reason it gives a pistol on every map regardless of the settings i change.
how do i fix this? i dont even want it to ever give pistols.

so nothing happening with this respawn anymore? anyone got a respawn that works and doesn't give pistols?
