hello, I have an alternate end round sound plugin, and the default rings are ok, but when I add my .wav sound it just doesnt ring, it rangs the old music... one user said that its trash and dont do anything, but other servers are using this, and I want to use this too.. I can't understand whats the problem, the sound is 1,42 MB, but all the sounds are like 100-200KB's, is that the problem maybe? please help..

EDIT: I dont know how this helped, but when I saved the ring to .mp3 format it fixed... ._.

Then the plugin you have only supports mp3.

because in your plugin it's either
client_cmd("spk song.wav")
or
client_cmd("mp3 play sound/song.mp3")

two different commands, first one doesn't play mp3 and second one doesn't play wave

whoever made the plugin was kinda ignorant but in a way, it's pretty bad to use wave files for stuff like this because they are huge in size and at a worse quality

no, the plugin author said, that it supports .wav and .mp3 files

.wav files have to have special formatting where as .mp3 files don't. That is probably why switching to mp3 fixed it.
