Cool I was working on a DBZ Mod once to but than I stopped since I got busy with school. Ima try to put some of my code in this plugin =) but that's if I can find my old files lol.

Sure it will be good but i think it will be better if have some player models. But it is little hard, when i searched i didnt found... I just saw naruto, ichigo, byakuya and sasuke, but it isnt of dbz xD

Ohhhhhh I'm sorry that this has not been approved yet Just tested the mod, it's awesome, me and my friends had a blast But there's a bug when you play for a while... When you get killed and respawn, your health are back to normal and no matter how much kills you make, you are still at the normal level, you do not evolve
Will there be any further updates and work on this?

There is a Dragon Ball Z mod for HL called Earth Special Forces It looks really cool btw. Here is a video teaser of what the final realse shoud look like : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9gG9kitVkg (not out yet from what I understood). But and open beta was released in 2008.
