For that you are probably going to need to use Stripper Source.

Any news if this can be updated to support the map workshop of CSGO?

It works for the maps by default but doesnt know how to look for the map in the 'workshop/125488374/de_dust2_se'

Im assuming because 'workshop/125488374/de_dust2_se' <---- is an invalid map name lol.

It is trying to name the file the above... (not the path but the actual file name.)

Code:
L 03/04/2013 - 01:57:05: [SpawnTools7.smx] Current Map: workshop/125488374/de_dust2_se
L 03/04/2013 - 01:57:05: [SpawnTools7.smx] Config Path: addons/sourcemod/configs/spawntools7
L 03/04/2013 - 01:57:05: [SpawnTools7.smx] Config File: workshop/125488374/de_dust2_se.cfg
EDIT: Or anyway to trip the workshop/125488374 from the map name?

EDIT: This is what i came up with.
Spoiler

Can someone update the plugin or tell me any fix because right now it does add spawn but dont save anything, so when you restart server you have to create new spawns again.

Spawns only stay there until the server is restarted.

And yes i have clicked the save config button lol.

You need to change chmod to writeable in addons/configs/spanwtools

That too. But by default they are. If it's csgo I posted a version in here that works with work shop maps
