Hello AM,
I'm about to open 20 csgo servers,
14 servers = 10slots 128tick
1 server = 24 slots 128tick
2 servers = 32 slots 128tick
3 servers = backup 10 slots 128t

things I need to know for all the servers together
-- > RAM
-- > CPU & Cores
-- > BANDWITH

1 dedicated server (3,6GHz+) = ~192 slots of 128 tick CS:GO (it depends on the mode / OS).

So you need 1-2 dedicated servers something like this (OVH/Hetzner):

CPU (higher clock per core = better performance):
:: 2 servers (~62-100€/server):

4c / 8t
Intel Xeon E3-1270v6 - 3,8/4,2GHz
Intel Xeon E3-1245v5 - 3,5/3,9GHz
Intel Xeon E3-1271v3 - 3,6/4GHz
Intel i7-4770/6700/7700K - 4.2-5GHz

:: 1 server (~180€)
6c / 12t
Intel Xeon E5-1650v3 - 3,5/3,8GHz

RAM:
1x CS:GO 128 tick / 24h = ~1GB
32GB RAM is enough

BANDWITH:
- 250-500Mbit

if I have a 4 core 3.20Ghz and 4GB memory VPS
could I host a 9 slots 128 tick retakes server and a 14~16 slots multi 1v1 server?

Probably yes, if you have dedicated cores = not shared with others. You can use 2 cores (networking, main thread) per server.

Run both servers with bots and check vars (netgraph 1).

CS:GO server should run on his dedicated thread, so you need a server with a least 20 threads ..
I will go with 2 servers (E3, 3.5+ ghz).

yeah...but in China Mainland....VPS and dedicated-server for csgo(even not for csgo) are too expensive，VPS which is 1 core 2.5Ghz and 1GB with 10M bandwidth will cost 546.50 yuan per month(about 81 USA dollar), feels bad...btw thanks for your help
