Ok, the problem is probably your monochromatic plugin, as I'm seeing its not loading correctly. Possible fixes:
1. Rename your monochromatic plugin to monochromatic.ff2 and put it in plugins/freaks.
2. Reload the plugin. Maybe some dependencies are missing or its just not loaded the right way.
3. Reload the FF2 plugin.
That's all I've got, but Shadow also said that the monochromatic plugin quote: "Will conflict with other overlay abilities", so maybe check if there are any other conflicting overlay plugins.
