I am working on a surf server and I'm trying to find a plugin to remove respawn when a team is killed.

your description does not match your title. having said that... you will need to edit the surfmod plugin to do what you want...

find where the respawn function is and edit it so if there is NO players left alive on one team to stop respawning via a return plugin_handled.

if you dont know what i mean then please post your surfmod plugin source code
