Anyone got any idea how they've done this?
8 months and never had this issue, out of the blue, someone managed to change the timer text? There isn't even an option in CKSurf to change the text above here.
I've went through every sp file I have, and nothing found either.

This isn't an issue with the server - your client resource files have been modified. Validate your game files.

Ah, I appreciate the help.
Though any idea how this happen?
Multiple users from the server has the same issue.

you have 2 versions of cksurf running: cksurf.smx and cksurf_sln.smx, disable one of them
