I installed this plugin on my mix/pug server (like esea 5v5) - and this plugin enables alltalk with teams, can you fix it?

Hello,
so I tested the plugin and found 3 bugs:

- Alive players dont hear dead players after dead players respawn (dead players arent getting unmute),
- Alive players are getting this message: "You are now able to communicate with all players in team"
  Dead players dont have this type of message, (i think that alive players shouldn't get this message)
- After player switch team, he hear enemy team (Not on half-time)

Sorry, I have been real busy lately, but I can probably fix it tomorrow if not then Friday for sure.

Maybe you add message on death like "You now able to communicate with alive players in 10 seconds"?

Added. Also did version 1.2(The one above) Fix those errors?

You should be passing user id rather than client index into timer, since client index can change

Tried to edit it to make it bit simpler but untested
