No, we experience the same issue. At first, I thought this was because of IPv6 (my host doesn't provide it), but after disabling it on the OS-level, we still got the same error, but for IPv4 address. My best guess is that some origin IPs are now blocked by limetech host using geolocation. Our server is hosted in Russia, so I won't be surprised if that's the case here. That, or something is misconfigured on their side.
