I tried it, and it said unknown command. I also tried cl_showpos 1 to try to make the "positions" thing pop up on their screen, but that also says unknown command.

But stuff like "say", "kill", "taunt", work.

Also you cannot bind stuff to their keys, I tried that as well, also says unknown command.

That's a client-side command, hence the "cl_".

Things such as +attack, +reload, etc, are all handled in different ways; they aren't really commands.

Client side ConVar's, like cl_*, cannot be accessed, as they are client side.

Name MAY WORK, but I cannot confirm on all mods.

Doesn't matter. Hackers don't deserve that sort of treatment. Either way, this plugin can't do that.

i know personally i hack all the time heck i made a popular hack i also go by the name helios and am quite known in the underground networks.. i agree hacks are people too. must of the time we are not doing it to make your day bad, we just wanna provide you some entertainment, like make you say "LOL WTF? hwo did he do that"

this plug in can be quite entertaining, try telling a player to get off your team as a bot when your afk sometime and your server only has 1 player on it.
