Ok sure but how do i reload the bans so i don't have to change the map?

That won't work unless you stop the server first.

You simply use the rcon commands for removing bans, this doesn't show any messages.

Based on my testing just now, it does not get in the log file. The admins of a server shouldn't have access to the FTP though, only the owners/trusted people, so that shouldn't be an issue.
