My server is 20 player

Q1:- Best Rate possible?
Q2 :- Best anti virus that not making my server lag or even block the internet traffic

I'm sick of most anti viruses coz they block my server port + make's lag

Don't host a server on your normal desktop computer.
If you have a dedicated computer for your server (which is recommended) and you want anti-virus on it, schedule it to scan when you are not using your server.
