I wondered if it possible to make that round time would go for example not from 3:00 down ( i mean backwards ), but it run forwards like from 0:00 adding +1 each second. I think you got what I mean. So if it is possible, how to do that?

You can do that using RoundTime message. I believe KreedZ mod does that, look at its code.
