This plugins is running fine according to the server console but why I don't see any ability in action?

I installed this plugin ,

it loads but the tank only does 1 skill for some reason? , titan claw (I think was it's name) but the other abilities do not activate

check log errors, probably have more info there, I suspect that is a gamedata issue (old / broken signatures)

anyway, this plugin is not maintained anymore, I recommend using Mutant Tanks instead.
